A few things on my mind....

First of all, here are a few pictures I took of my sweet, sweet girl in the leaves. We have (had) the most beautiful tree in our front yard. In a matter of two days, I look out now and it appears that winter is upon us because there are no leaves left! We haven't had a chance to rake because it literally has rained here every stinking day it seems for weeks!




Greg and I were just talking the other day about how much fun it is to be around Maggie right now. We feel like we can finally have a conversation with her! She is putting lots of words together and pretty much repeating everything we say. She is still curious and inquisitive and loves reading books and watching "Dora." She seems to understand about the new baby that will be here in four short months. We had our 20 week ultra sound this week, and she was enthralled about how that baby got on the t.v. screen! Everything looked good, but baby Cook wasn't quite cooperating, so my doctor didn't get to see everything she wanted. Looks like I'll get another u/s next month to double check the heart and a few other things! I've just been trying to wrap my head around having 2 kids. Life is sure to throw us a few more curve balls come March!
